Fabien Paillusson

I am a theoretical and computational physicist. My interests lie in the modelling of complex matter, ranging from biological systems to powders, and in the foundations of physics.

About me:

  • In September 2018 I became a Senior Lecturer in the School of Maths and Physics at the University of Lincoln, UK.
  • May 2015-September 2018: I have been a Lecturer in the School of Maths and Physics at the University of Lincoln, UK.
  • 2014-2015: I have been a post-doctoral research associate in the group of Halim Kusumaatmaja  at Durham University, UK
  • 2013-2014: I have been a post-doctoral research associate with Ignacio Pagonabarraga in the group of Statistical Physics at the university of Barcelona (UB), Spain
  • 2010-2013: I have been a post-doctoral research associate in Daan Frenkel‘s group at University of Cambridge, UK
  • In 2010 I obtained my PhD in the M3V group at University Pierre and Marie Curie (formerly Paris VI and earlier – the Sorbonne) in Paris, France, as well a Masters degree in Theoretical Physics of complex systems from the same University in 2007
  • In 2005 I graduated with Bachelor Degree in Physics from Universite de Versailles St Quentin en Yvelines in France
